HeyTheo is an AI-powered application that provides research, analysis, alerts, and educational content regarding financial instruments including stocks, crypto, options, futures, and currencies.

HeyTheo is currently free to use, and the app offers no purchases or subscriptions. The Service may include paid features in future.

If it does, pricing and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase, and HeyTheo may change pricing with prior notice.

The Service may change, suspend, or terminate features at any time.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

HeyTheo, Inc. is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor.

Nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment advice.

The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language models, including third-party APIs, to generate content and insights.

When you use Theo, the question you type is sent to a third-party AI provider, along with a short-lived credential that lets Theo look up your watchlist, baskets, alerts, and ideas while it answers. We ask for your permission in the app before this happens, and you can withdraw it at any time. Section 3 of our Privacy Policy describes exactly what is sent, who receives it, and how it is handled.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. They are informational and educational only, and are not recommendations. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for your investment or trading activities.

Paid subscriptions (if applicable) will be billed in advance.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

HeyTheo may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HeyTheo, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any losses or damages (including investment losses, lost profits, or data breaches) arising from use of the Service.

Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

These Terms are between you and HeyTheo, Inc. only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Service. If the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund your purchase price for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Service, including product liability claims, claims that the Service fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the Service infringes intellectual property rights.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
