HeyTheo is an AI-powered application that provides research, analysis, alerts, and educational content regarding financial instruments including stocks, crypto, options, futures, and currencies.
The Service may include both free and paid features.
Pricing and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. HeyTheo may change pricing with prior notice.
The Service may change, suspend, or terminate features at any time.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
HeyTheo, Inc. is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor.
Nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment advice.

Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyTheo, Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, including software, AI models, trademarks, and content, remain with HeyTheo, Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or resell without permission.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice.
12. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions permitted.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
