Steps

Run this, then sign in.

claude mcp add --transport http heytheo https://api.heytheo.io/mcp/user

Then run `/mcp` inside Claude Code, pick HeyTheo and finish signing in through the browser. On a machine with no browser, use `claude mcp login heytheo --no-browser`.
